    thanks!

i installed the fuzion yesterday and got alot of wire modding to do to make this build as clean as possible.

    stuff to do:

    1. short 24pin ATX cable
    2. 2x short pci-e cable
    3. extend sata power cable
    4. redo cable management (front i/o cables)
    5. fabricate pump mount (easy to remove)
    6. custom res (possibly part of the window)
    7. lighting effects (probally UV because i got unused cathos from homewrecker)
    8. mount rad (need to heavily mod side panel)
    9. paint interior (black "night")
    10. theres more just cant think of them right now

    pics in a few

What, you can't fit all three fans side-by-side?

And do you have to sacrifice one HDD for the tubing?

no, the fans can sit in there side by side, im not sure how the tubing
is going to run yet, so its just an option.

im working on a quick drawing to show you guys what im going to do
to make the rad install more clean. pretty much im going to extend
the case, and i also decided where to put the window

    update:

radiator is mounted, was easier then expected. next is to
cut the side panel, which should be reality easy as well
so far so good, looks like i might get in to some trouble with
the pump, i can always go DDC if i need to. hopefully tonight
after work i can get started on the side panel. i want to get
this baby up and running soon so i can do some tests with
the quad nozzle. hopefully martin get a review in on that

i would test it out side of the case but my space is too messy
so the sooner i finish the better. plus got the other projects to
    finish.

    thanks for stopping by

    cheers

got most all stuff installed, and finished most of the need to do's now is mostly
cosmetic, (ie. wire management, window, lighting etc) and finishing up the water
cooling system. still need to shorten the 24 pin... which i will do tomorrow
and figure out a good spot for the pump, but that should be too hard. also going
to start cutting the side panel and window area tomorrow its been a
    fun project so far

Thanks! spent a whole lot of time yesterday but didnt get much
done, remounted the pump multiple times, and in the end had
to move the HDD from its cage to the 5.25" bay, which is fine
previously i had the pump mounted to the side of the 5.25" bay
with the HDD in the cage which was nice, but the GTX wouldnt
fit so after hours of trial and error, i decided to do what
ive always done. put the pump on some foam and call it a dat

Great build. I cannot see the end result and I'm curious to see how you will manage to fit everything inside. I already worked with that case on a customer build recently and it's a excellent case for watercooling (it's black, not white)

Thanks guys, heres the update for today:

started modifying the case, the side is cut and
i started the window. its a rough cut and all were
cut with a nibbler which is pretty tedious to use...
but i did finish the rough cuts. started to route
the tubing, which im still not sure how im going
to do, as of now i got to elbows for the fuzion but
that might be changed in the future. this is a mock
up, but it looks as if im out of options. i might use
coils but ive had nothing but trouble with them.
they break and are quite brittle. i was hoping to find
some metal coils i could use but ive been out of luck
the elbows fit perfectly with the clearance that i do
have between the fuzion and the psu. but there ugly
lol, though they are hidden, id like to make it look
better then that. i just need to test the system. so
ill probably change the elbows to something else in
the future. well see, but this is what ive got for now.
i might move to a res, or make a res, but i have no
funds, think someone would sponsor me a res? a short
"T" right to the inlet of the D5 is suicide (cavitation)

well thanks for check this out.

    cheers

Thanks, things are getting complicated. i can't mount the fillport
and im going to need a res. the micro res looks to be my best
option next to making my own res. the cost of making my own
res will probably cost more, but should yield better options and
placement. this is tough! but its fun im going to repaint the
white of the case and paint the interior a nice black, also the
frame of the rad is going to be painted white as well. i want to
do something with the front of the case, theres alot of room
there, and i might switch fans for some ultra kaze 3000. ive got
more then enough room. i also really want a mcw60. too bad
theres no nice ram plates for the 8800gtx. hopefully ill be picking
up a different card, though i doubt it. maybe ill as iandh for some
    assistant there.

just the bay cover it came with. i cut off the ears attaching itself
to the front facia and hot glued in onto the dvd, then hot glued
a steam to the button and now you just press on the cover and
it opens, which is nice i might reglue the the cover its a bit
crooked but thats a small fix

    thanks

buy a micro res and tap a hole on the bottom and use it. Cap the default hole and you are all set.

i like your ingenuity, I just hate external rad mounts. I think you could have done better but I still love the effort.

You could try using a plug instead of a fillport. That may give you a little extra room to extend the T.
