Luckily I work in a machine shop, so mine got some new feet last night. They are delrin and aluminum, the delrin I got from ebay, and the aluminum for the feet bottoms was the last remnant of a piece of bar we used for a run of parts.

I radiused the bottom edge of the feet so they slide super easy on carpet, and I made them nice and tall to keep the case off the floor a bit. They are held in with 3/8" Stainless steel bolts.

This is my cable management with no cutting/fabrication so far. I feel I've done pretty well considering that this case doesn't exactly shine in that area in stock form:

I removed the fan grilles/front filter, and mounted a couple of Zalman fan controllers using some of the stock screws and some extra holes on top of the HDD bays. As you can see both CPU and GPU are fully passive. With those mods the case is essentially silent, and my temps are surprisingly low, even with a moderate OC.

IandH, you did a very good job on the wiring and I love the little riser feet. I'm sure you will be asked if you can make more.

I've started modding one of my Rocketfish cases for my use....it'll house my main rig, watercooled. Going to mount my TC 120.3 rad in its top, yada, yada.

But I started with opening up the grille area where the removable side fan bolts to for more air flow to the fan......

Drilled out those holes with a 3/8" bit......remaining metal is still quite solid and immobile. Have hooked up the fan and it moves quite a bit more air with how it's meshed now. But I set the fan up as an intake instead of its original exhaust function....so it's blowing cooler air onto the video card.

I noticed that, too, but bought one of the vented windowed panels anyway, because:

    1. The panels are made by Lian-Li and not some hacked together panels, so they'll look like they belong and are guaranteed to fit properly.

    2. Anything by Lian-Li isn't cheap.

    3. It leaves my original side panel untouched so I have an emergency side panel for use in case I mess up the window in mine (read: kitten in house) or in case I want to return to a non-windowed case.

Cons: The only problem was the FBI at my door saying something about knocking out power for the east coast...not sure what thats about.

If the 5.25" and 3.5" rig's were removed from the front, would a PA120.3 fit?

Yes it would and depending on what you did with the HDD cages you'd probably be able to use the top 2 5.25" bays

Nothing doesn't fit in this case. Maybe 3x PA120.3's wouldn't fit, but seriously.

I was going to say the same thing, but thought it would be laying it on a little thick.

Haha.. My 8800GTS is TINY in this case compared to my old one. It in no way gets in the way of any cable routing, since i have a good foot or so of air space around everything... LOL

You could fit a stack of hd's and a 8800gtx in the gap.

if tri-sli with 9800GX2's worked, it would easily fit in this case with room to spare.

    This thing is HUGE

Here is my attempt at the Rocketfish. Some ramblings: Case is easy to breakdown for painting. Panels are basically screwed in. I did not remove any rivets. Cable management is wickety wickety wack... A 120.3 will fit up top with no problem. Cutting with a dremel or jigsaw is a cinch. 3.5 rack may need to be inverted. W/C is very easy to set up. You will need a long 4 pin cable for the CPU. The case cost ($52.99) as much as the window($49.99). Ginormous is the word that accurately describes the girth...

Is there any way to remove the stupid Rocketfish logo on the front? If so, I might *probably* get one instead of a TT Armor.
