I'm guessing it would be pretty easy to tip the case on its side and to unscrew the microres from the case to make it at the top of the loop.

    I got the EK too...
This machine was a second "stock" version for the family daily driver. My "power" machine that I can really mess around with has the two EK FC 8800 blocks.

I basically fill it to the top of the MCRES, turn the pump on until almost empty (few seconds) and repeat. After five or six of these fillings the pump has a continuous stream. Then I fill and shake rattle and roll the machine to get all the air out. I periodically shut the pump off to let the air rise to the top.

Anyone ever tried running a card without ramsinks at all, I was thinking about doing this seeing as i should have pretty decent airflow over the cards. also sort of off topic, you can use the Enzotech RAMsinks to cool the mosfets on a board right?

The MOSFETS are really small, doubt enzo ramsinks would work very good. I have heard of people running without memory cooling, but do not think it is advised. Watch that one chip by itself, gets very hot.
