    went from a 3600 X2 to that.

BTW, there are other members of the forum that "helped" with that. I'll run more than stock when I figure out Intel settings. Been AMD so long that I dunno what to do sometimes...

Depending on HS quality and your memory, that chip will do 3600 all day..
Some DDR2-800 and a 9x400 setting in bios..

Oh really. Well as a member of this team of course I agree on the

But that's quite a shrewd business move on their part, and one that helps an excellent cause to boot (to an incredible degree). How often do you see that? Good for them...

Wes, my only problem is I keep looking for HTT settings...

I may mess with it later today, but I have a three-day block in front of me and those are always killers...

But, this thing does rendering and gaming as well, I want speed but stability. That's why I gave my kids the 680i board and kept this-Intel board, Intel chipset. Possibly less Xtreme, but then again, I'm not too worried. I have PLANS for this thing...

Hey, I've got a Celeron M lying around gathering dust, what have you guys been using as boards for them?

    Kayin,

gtj is an expert on overclocking the badaxe2 boards. He is also a cruncher so maybe he can shed some light on the proper settings to push that board. I had it up to 3.51 on water but ran best at 3.4Ghz for me. But I do not have his experience with overclocking so he will most likely get it to sing.

If you don't have it here is a good thread...
