Mine recognizes 3.5gb but in reality does it only recognize 3.12 ??????e

According to Microsoft it does:

32-bit can recognize around 3.7GB if you do not have many hardware devices installed. The reserve memory address space is for I/O mapping of hardware, so the more hardware you have the more the taken up space "unseeable" by the OS. The lowest is ~2.9GB that I've seen when 4GB was installed and it was Vista Ultimate 32-bit due to the many devices connected.

Install a 1GB video card (7950GX2 HD 2900 Pro/XT) and you'll probably be down to usable ~2.5GB.

Please post your qty, volts and complete mem timings for your 4GB (2x2GB) sticks.

My 4 I can't even run 5-5-5-18 running on two right now, at 1000, 1066 impossible with In9-32x MAX Abit board.
