Funny, Transcend a while ago gave me some 800mhz and 1066mhz axeram to test, and a couple days ago i got their new 1200mhz.
800mhz uses an unknown type of chip, transcend put their own name on the chips.
1066mhz uses D9GMH, as well as their 1200.
I'll soon be posting my fun with the 1200, they look beautiful!

I have tested both 1200 kit and 800 with N next to the bar code and they gave me the same results...

however 2 kits of 1200 Axeram can not ran stably on abit-ip35 pro at 1200.Abit and transcend engirees are informed but no solution found..maybe in a later bios..
On maximus they rulez.. 1300+ with 2.26

No point, it says Transcend and a bunch of random numbers that transcend put on the chips themselves.
I know the engineers in the factory but they wouldn't tell me what they are.
    Probably promos or hynix.

Yes, I know, but I will be looking at all the other key factors like dimension, size and location of the A1-dot, alphanumeric codes used, the font of these codes, etc. etc. etc.

    Just post a photo.

These transcend aXeram 1066 Mhz and 1200 Mhz became available recently at Finnish shops. The web page for one of them states explicity that they are D9GMH and using brainpower PCB (listed as B62URCE). Prices are good, although I'm still leaning towards the Kingston 1150 MHz 5-5-5 for best value. It will be a while before (if) I set up a 3rd folding machine, but this or the kingston will replace the memory in my quad machine.

I heard/read somewhere that the DDR2-800 AxeRAM has some kind of newer Samsung chip...

I sure hope Samsung has some kind of new chip that clocks amazingly at low volts, kind of like d9 = bh5 (loves voltage), tight timings, amazing clocks sorta thing?, TCCD = low voltage, high clocks.

You all get the idea :\

Nice job linking to my thread

I was specifically asking about the 6400, while this guy is asking about the higher end modules, which all seem to have D9.

    Hello Guys.

Those are some nice rams. Planning on purchase a PC2-9600 Kit.

Do they run CL4 on 1200MHz?

Hello all, i have very strange problem with 2 pairs of 2x1GB DDR 800, separately they can work at 1150mhz 15 5 5 5 2.2v.By separately i mean kit by kit.But when i use them all (4 pcs) i cannot achieve even 950 at 12 4 4 4.I had the same problem with my P5B Deluxe and it turned out that the chipset is not good enough to handle with them. But now i am using P5K-E with 4x1 TeamXtreem and they work without problems at 950 12 4 4 4.Where is the problem?!
    Thank you in advance.

I've heard that some of the DDR1200 kits can't even do 600MHz at the rated voltage (2.2v) on gigabyte X38. Incompatible? or just they are not binned very tight? Good D9 chips should do 600Mhz below 2.1v IMO.
