    How to quiet a squealing/hissing capacitor/VRM???

You guys know this much better than I would.

I've seen somewhere some directions on how to quiet a squealing/hissing capacitor/VRM, but I can't find it. Something like covering it with glue from a hot glue gun.

I have a motherboard (Asus P5K Deluxe) here that has crazy squealing, and I found what I think are the capacitors that are squealing. Problem is I found people are saying in general that it doesn't mean the board is defective, so all I want to do is quiet them. The board functions fine.

I found that my Asus P5WDH does the same thing, but it's really quiet in relation to the P5K Deluxe, which you can hear half way across the room.

    Thanks for all your help.
