Got a new card earlier. I couldn't handle playing Bioshock on my 7600GT. Oh well it's just money right?

Have ATi's drivers caught up with nVidia's in OpenGL performance?
I was hoping one of the guys with high ati scores would say if its from one card or crossfire.
R600 is generally faster in this benchmark than G80.
The fur renderer here is quite simple - no dynamic branching and only a single texture fetch per 100 shader passes to form the actual fur, eg. the ALU:TEX ratio here is heavily biased toward the math power.
In a nut shell, the more [pixel] shader power you have in absolute terms, the more FPS... and more heat will be generated.
That's why X1800XT is on par with, say a 7600GT.
Here's mine. A BFG 8800GTX OC at stock with a low clocked Quad.
Also a tip guys, if you hit Alt+Print Screen it only captures the active window![]()
