Yup. I ordered from ZZF on 8/2 (just before the clubit deal), and got a B3 from batch L649G864. Bummer. I guess I am going to keep it as ZZF refused to waive the $45 restock fee. I asked even before it was delivered so they knew it was unopened and they still refused. Maybe they knew it was a SL9UM and didn't want it back that badly... FYI: It's likely that the label was just generated, not shipped yet. Unless you got an e-mail showing your order status as "order shipped" then it hasn't gone out yet, and won't until Monday. Curios on your results. I'm betting the batch numbers for all pre-orders will be very close.
Not so sure getting a B3 is necessarily a bad thing. People here in the forum are getting 3.6ghz out of em. Of course it's still the luck of the draw. But just because you got a B3 does not mean it's gonna be a crapper.

i can push my B3-Q6600 to 3.7 Ghz but i have to juice it to maintain it....at 3.6, it is not very high vcore (at least by my standards), 1.54-1.55v actual.

I did recently RMAd it with full refund and no restocking
I think mb will play a very big part in the oc on a quad. The 6600 G0 from Clubit doesn't take many volts but sure isn't cool to the touch. I don't have a good mb now and hate to buy one until the 38's arrive.
