    ncixus.com has updated their website, it says right under the processor information that they are only shipping SL9UM today and check back daily for updates. so now they are telling people what they are shipping depending on what day it is. i guess thats good, people are probably returning a lot of b3's thinking that they will get a G0, so if someone gets a b3 they probably wont be able to return it.

    now the info seems to be gone, i dont know what that means, i have read in thier forms the intel is shipping mixed bag

    If you mess with it enough you might meet your goal. I did not want to take the time. I wish I would never have bought one as it was only a good mb at best and is not a quad board. Every DFI mb since c2d has been fair to good and very late.

    Was there ever a great DFI Intel board?

    Check again at ~9pm PST, you should see your tracking number in the order status page.

    Well I'm experiencing problems with my Q6600 G0 and my early PW5 DH. No matter what BIOS I tried the vcore stays the same "AUTO". So I don't have good results yet. I may have to get a new mobo.

    P975X boards do not do very well with quads.

    Got my notification of shipment for an X3210 from NCIX yesterday, and they included the bar code and serial numbers from the box. SL9UQ, which is no big deal since it won't be overclocked.

    I guess so I tried 7x380 and it was showing 3.42ghz @ Post vice 2.6ghz so I don't know what's going on.

    Im scary to get a B3 by this week....saw that the local store has just got some units of Q6600, but they cant provide me enough info to make me decline the tradement or not...

    well, anyways, being a B3 or G0 is really a massively good cpu and i didnt see enough differences out there that would make me say "WOW, G0 rocks".

    i'd rather look for a tenth of a second on a race track, than on superpi.

    I just checked out that clubIT site for the first time. They have very reasonable pricing and a fairly broad selection. This looks like a great alternative to newegg. Also showing 'G0' still in stock for those who are looking.

    Just received a Q6600 B3 Stepping from Newegg. Wondering if I should open it and test my luck or send it back for an exchange to see if they send me a G0. Will they charge me a restocking fee for that if i do? :/

    send it back, and get a GO, you will have better chances of a higher oc.

    Newegg has a live chat/help. Just go there & tell them your not happy with the CPU you got & see what they have to say. They have always been very nice to me when I go live chat with them.
