Mixing the Additive with the Distilled Water

    1. I have a bottle with 1 liter of distilled water. How do i mix it with the Pentosin G11? Do i just need to pour it into the bottle?
    2. I saw that the ratio between the distilled water and the g11 should be 1:9. What does that mean? How much do i need to pour?

    Thanks.

All you need is 1-2 oz of G11 in your loop and add 1-2 drops of Aquarium Algaecide.

I have the PT Nuke also. Do i need 1 or 2 liter of Distilled Water in the loop?
And what should i do? should i add the g11 straight to the bottle of the distilled water, and then pour it to the tank/tubing?

For the PT Nuke all ya need is one drop of it in the loop.

As for the g11 you need to a 10% 1:9 ratio to distilled water

Easiest thing to do is buy a measuring cup and another liter of distilled water mix 36 ounces of distilled water with one bottle of g11 which makes 40 ounces total which would give ya a 10% 1:9 ratio.

The size of your loop will determine the amount of water needed. I typically will take 1/3-1/2 gal of distilled water and add 1-2 oz of G11 and Aquarium Algaecide (follow label directions) to it to fill my loop. The extra will keep for some time to top off the loop and for changes made to the loop. The Micro-Res makes filling and bleeding easy but I recommend getting the one from Performance-PC because you can order the "optional" G1/4 tapped top hole which will allow a fillport or a temp. probe to be added.

I have the RES150 tank. I ask again, do i add the G11 directly to the loop, or to the bottle of the distilled water before i put them in the loop?

yeah i want to know this too. after water is in the loop, then add the additives, or add them before and then put everything in loop together?
