Hell yeah iv'e been thinking about it kunaak. Tough challenge on ln2 for sure. Haven't hit that mobo again since I got 430fsb stable. Strapped on OC time .

I got some new toys and will be testing 8800 Ultra SLI overclocking later this month because currently there are no other tools than BIOS updates for Radeon HD 2900 XT CrossFire overclocking:



Looking forward since 8800 GTX SLI was already a nice configuration to play with.. only nForce 680i SLI (Asus Striker Extreme) gave me a slight head ache but mobo was early revision

Sounds good Andreas . Those guys incuding overklokk and crotale all have my fullest respect and for sure are the cream of the crop over there Have what it takes to get it done for sure.

Wow thats alot of gear sampsa. Good luck with all your benching. The Ultra's are straight up ridiculous the way they clock.
Striker is a nice motherboard, just requires some time/experience with it to get it going.

It's not bad . Actually, nature is mostly gpu bound even at the low cpu air clocks. At close to 5400mhz the nature with a single ultra at 1080/1260 is 1125-1140 or so. So there is some scaling with cpu clocks, but not as much as you'd think.
Had a first go at 100,000 marks 01 single 8800Ultra using 975x. Had just enough juice after some card testing yesterday for 3-4 full runs last night. Good CL and card at max speed will be well over 99k ...little more cpu speed and I think maybe I can do it, we'll see:

Damn, pressure is on now .
It's a HUGE challenge for sure Dil. Really benching hard for it this week.
Now benching on one of the prototypes of my DragonF1 cpu container.
Just about stable at 5400mhz 3d now .
This container is so ing sick with conroe at 1.95v+....here is a screeny from some of the final unit testing I am in the middle of with standard card clocks:


5400mhz and 1090/1263 is what I am aiming for, that will do it I think.

I don't think it's done giving just yet. Pretty sure present stick point isn't cpu/temp related. I might know by the end of the day here though. Lets see if the board makes it through the night lol.
As for the F1, this very unit is going out to some lucky OC'rs to play with for a few days .

ORB COMPARE

SO whats the deal still with 100k scores and the orb for 01?? At one point long time ago they would show 100k on the orb, but sticks at 99k now when submit. Sure would be nice to see 100k single at 100k on the orb. Anyone have any solid contacts over there?
