Great work man , damn you had the same idea as me to make the microres fillable via the DD fill port, I cannot find any barb that fits the thread of the fill hole.. did you custom made that part or is it availble through local dealers ?
Thx for any info...
Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved
Remark : They call me Pro AsusSaaya yupp, I agree
Leeghoofd: If you compare the fillcap to a, for example DD highflow barb, you will notice that the barb's thread has a wider diamater in a total.
The thing I did was to place the barb in a wice, thereafter I took a file and filed the thread all around. Then to make the threads better, I found a small special file that i filed IN the threads with.
After some work I tried the barb in the Res, and if I found some place where the barb was hard to screw inte to res, I filed it down or changed it so the barb would fit in the res better.

Very nice. I like the front door.
Current setup: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...postcount=1843
Can you send one modded barb over plz , I have no patience to do this stuff, I want to make a top on my cube and be able to fill the bugger from there and not detach all stuff... (my bad design lol)

I have sprayed a clear-coat on the chassi and tried some new mounting-positions of the watercooling.
Sleeved the start-button
Can you see the clearcoat mirror?
It almost melts into the surroundings :P
The new pump made it possible for me to mount everything internally, which also will take away the problem with the upside - down mounted rad.
Have been trying some loops, any suggestions?

That's simply amazing. Great work man.

Hmmmm...this is VERY impressive alright, nice workshop you got thereI'm seeing too many of these mods, I want to make a case myself.
As for your watercooling loop, parallel rads will be difficult because of the size of the case. I'd flip the pump sideways, so the inlet barb is pointing straight at the res, and have the pump either pump right into the 120.2 rad, or right into the CPU or GPU.
