back in stock, now 132, even hotter!

for micron ram, this is an insane deal.

bests the ewiz/STT deal in my opinion.

Hey, I've been looking at the Fry's Patriot 800mhz memory for $129 after rebate and the Supertalent at $121. How does this compare? What's the overclocking potential here? Anywhere close to firesticks?

Amazing where prices are going. Never thought prices would fall so rapidly. More people can finally get the 4 gigs they want, and spend less then 300 for a decent kit including tax and shipping.

    yes those are crucial..
ordered 2x1GB 667 CL5 kit and this was what appeared
But i'm in Singapore, might be different in USA.

The single 1GB stick blister packs might have D9s i think.

    Elpida 6E-E:
    ~940mhz 4-4-4-12 2.25v
    ~1000mhz 5-5-5 2.25v

Manufacturing Date, week 16, Year 07!

that doesnt really make sense because we are in week 11 of 2007 if i can add correctly, but *shrug*

I can imagine. They are Elpida after all, even though they have Crucial Logo on them.

    ?

not all that many crucial kits have elpedia on them. As explained before they used it because all of D9GMH etc was going towards higher end ram. They just didnt have enough supply.

The stuff that is for sale here is completely different then the ram that the guy from singapore has. The stuff from mwave is D9HNL.

This are single sided 1GB sticks. The D9HNL I got sucks. It is still a good value for the performance you get @ 132 bucks though!

Thanks for explanation. I thought all of them were Eplida, coz some users @Newegg also complained about getting Elpida instead of Micron for the same kits.

    these are bad.
    edit-

    they HATE voltage oddly enough.

    w/ 1.85vdimm I am dual priming 400MHz w/ 5-5-5-15

seems to be chugging along just fine.

If you can spring for D9GMH variant, that will probably be your best bet.

That fry's deal is pretty darn good though at 140 shipped.

Just bought two of those kits (for a total of 4GB), but not from Mwave. The kits I got are the good stuff:

So, that's 4GB of D9GMH for budget price. I'm currently running all four of them at 835MHz 4-4-4-12-4 on 2.0V in an Asus P5B.

Nice, nice. You're a lucky man. Those are the same ICs found on the OCZ PC2-8800 and OCZ PC2-8500 SLi . Very nice indeed. Do you mind me asking the price you paid for them?

Well, I could tell you the price, but since I bought the sticks in Sweden, it wouldn't really say much. Just converting the price in Swedish crowns to US dollars would be a bit misleading too. I just paid about the same I'd pay for any other namebrand value stuff.
