One starts with model MA69VM-S2, a mother chart microphone-ATX provided with the RS690V with Radeon X1200 (without HDMI nor HDCP thus) and offers four sites report DDR2. Equipped with a controller network Gigabit Ethernet (Realtek 8110SC), the chart supports the RAID, the USB 2.0 and obtains with a connector PCI-Express train 16x, a connector PCI-Express train 4x and two slots NCV. The audio is entrusted here to a chip Realtek ALC888. Gigabyte announces an advised public price of 65,7 euros including all taxes for an availability during March.

Model MA69G-S3 is him based on the RS690G and thus offers the assumption of responsibility of the HDMI and the HDCP. The chart is here with full format ATX cuts and one finds four sites DDR2 as well as essential socket AM2. Here Gigabyte adds a Firewire controller, in more of the network gigabit Realtek 8110SC and USB 2.0. The audio always depends on a codec Realtek ALC888 whereas one finds here three slots PCI-Express train 1x, a slot PCI-Express train 4x and a connector PCI-Express train 16x in more of two ports NCV. Side tariffing, it is a question of a public price of 83,5 euros including all taxes.

Finally Gigabyte proposes the MA69GM-S2, a mother chart which takes again the characteristics of the model previously described but is presented at the format microphone-ATX. Logically, this model comprises less connectors of extension with only two ports NCV, a slot PCI-Express train 4x and a connector PCI-Express train 16x. This model, which will be delivered just like the MA69G-S3 with an adapter HDMI>DVI, is announced at the advised public price of 72,4 euros including all taxes.

rather clean layout, except for that floppy
Fast computers breed slow, lazy programmers
The price of reliability is the pursuit of the utmost simplicity. It is a price which the very rich find most hard to pay.
