Oil mixing or what ???
Now that i have found the PDF with all the specs for my Hitachi Rotary compressors (Model is ASG108CV-B7AT and they are made for R410A usage ) , i'm facing a problem ...
The PDF states that the oil in this motor is : haf68d1 (Oil 油 HAF68D1 or equivalent) .
Is this an ISO 68 POE oil ??? The word equivalent is what makes me think of an ISO 68 ... I don't know if 68 is better that 32 for the applications we want (Low temp) ...
Most people recommend VG32 or lower . Is it OK to use it for my 1st stage ? ( It will run with R410A )
Also , i'll have to precharge the oil separator for the 2nd stage (it needs about 500ml) and here in Greece i can only find Suniso SL32 (No VG68 oil available) . Can i mix them ? Should i search to buy a VG68 oil from ebay ?
Second stage will have R1150
Thanks .

OK . I found a store with SL68 Suniso in stock and i bought it.
I hope i wont run into problems cause of the low temps . SL32 would be better for low temps AFAIK but it's very difficult to completely drain a rotary compressor and change oil to SL32 .
