Did some testing on my new P5B mobo today, with my X6800 installed. Cooling was LN2. The mobo booted as high as 5,3 GHZ, but due to massive hardware death tonight, I did't get to do runs that high. I booted straight up at a little above 4,8 and with no tweaks at all i got this..
The bummer part of the evening was that both my G.skill modules decided to die on me, as well as my 40GB Samsung bench drive.
Kinda sucs..
But after all, I do not agree to this board being sluggish... 10,7 with no optimizations at all, could easy be 10,4 with tweaks..
The run was not even real time!
So @ 5,2-5,3 this mobo should be well under 10 sek...
So, if there could be a version of setfsb or clockgen that supported P5B now.. things would be swell..
I did acutally try both with settings for the Gigabyte 965 mobo, but that was a definitive nogo..

The board is not sluggish in 1M. But you may be disappointed with 32M results. Sorry to hear about your RAM.
That is a pretty crazy 1M time. You think you can bench at 5Ghz soon? Sorry about those G.Skills man
sigh !
