    My First Chiller :D

    Compressor is TL3A 220V 50hz 102U
It is badass looking, not high effiency, but it is my first one.
I did smashed old fridge and took that thing out of there and my apartment looks like this after that. Sorry my bad english.

would be this insulate give some more effiency ? by insulating suction pipe and capillar pipe? or will it lower compressor run temps little bit?

good start, but it won't hold any earth shattering load, ie you'll have to pull down the res long be-for you start the computer up, and the temps will slowly rise from there.

i know its too small for 24/7 use but some benches it will be good enough...
i have insulated suction pipe almost and next i have to go buy big fan.
maybe it will run little bit colder.

this point i have reached. power of this machine 40 minutes cooling 27c water and now 20 c not bad becose 35 liter of fluid

Freezing point of Water is 0C (32F)

(In english you use Freezing when talking present, frozen when talking past )

Let it chill all the water to 0, then add more, let it cool to zerro again then add more till it is full. Then let it freeze the water so the evap is a jiant ball of ice surounded by water. This way will take much time for temps to reach very high

are those "load" temperatures. If they arent they are meaningless. Depending on how the system is tunned and assembled your load temperatures can be +50C.

as i did say , i dont use chiller for 24/7 system, but i use it for short benches like sp8m and sp32m nothing else. i just only drop water temps down to near 0C* and then start bench nothing more i know its too small even cool down 30 liters of liguid so it wont handle even overclocked 3700 sandiego only. if that chiller coll down liguid down to 2C* its enought to my benches then its has do his job

put a lot of ventilation on it! an when i say a lot i mean like all the fans that u have in yo home! then u may reach lower temps. i reach -36 on R12 in winter with no ventilation with a y 140watt compr.

    GHETTO VENTILATION!!!!

If you are refering to increasing airflow over the condenser then that is a double edged sword. You dont want too low of a condensing temperature as your pressures will drop with it as well, as will a smaller split hi to low side pressure wise you will be getting warmer temperatures not colder.
