bennie if that ram you got ther eis legit and not being misread then i now offically hate you bro.. hate hate hate!!! heheh j/k
what exact ram was that can you link me to it on pricewatch or newegg ?
keep the results coming in guys and dont forget.
are you guys raising the pci-e freq also ? on my DH i have to raise it to around 107mhz to go above like 400.
video stability used to suffer but not now you can go kinda high and only see an increase in performance, i think i saw some people saying like 115mhz before video went wacky but that of course is a case by case basis
i know MY DH i can only hit like 410mhz and then thats all she rfuses to boot after that.

I'm building on this mobo right now. (First computer build)
As far as memory installation goes: red slots or yellow? The manual doesn't seem specific on which ones to use first (just that they need to be the same color for dual channel mode)
P.S. I have two memory sticks (OCZ PC2-6400 Platinum)
shouldn't matter. usually using the lower numbered pair first is better. look for the labels on the PCBOriginally Posted by Phosphate

thx bachus
I'd like to have a 6600 or more to play for real![]()
it seem that there is a problem with Cas Latency and some 965 motherboard.
Cas Register have all bits to 0,and 000 is 3 for Cas...
Will probably correct in next bios.
