Seconded. Would like to know what i'd gain before I update. Anything like increased compatibility with certain types of ram is always nice, provided it's the ram i'm runningOriginally Posted by dinos22

ASUS P5K-E/WIFI-AP, Q6600 @ 3.4GHz 1.3v, Tuniq Tower 120, 4Gb OCZ PC2 8500 Reaper HPC, Asus HD5870, 320Gb Seagate 7200.10 SATAII, 500Gb Sammy F1, NEC ND4550A DVD burner, Corsair TX 750w PSU, Antec P182.
He posted the same thing over at DFI Street... with NO info either...
Intel i5 2500k @ 4GHz || Gigabyte Z68 UD3 || Vengeance 8GB 8-8-8-24 1T || CM Stacker 810
ATI 4850 || Samsung Spinpoint F3 x 2 || SilverStone ST60F
Asus DVD RW +- || Logitech G15 || MS Intel-eye 1.1|| CMV 19" Wide-Screen || Scythe Ninja
well i don't know about NO info..................did you not see the tccd screenshot at 300MHz 2.5-3-3-x 1T >> THAT's pretty significant and would be interesting to hear a comment on how much of an improvement was made over DFI bioses........
Thanks for posting the bios and results. Interesting stuff.

Merlin
Merlin makes a awesome bios but does not give Americans any info on whats what but if you look in google you'll find that he does share detailed info on the DELUX Forums but it needs to translated! This bios really excells at 200:1:1 but you get no love from the 183 -166 divider
Can be ported to Ultra-D ?![]()

Hey I use the bios and its awesome just not so much on dividers is all but here this is what Merlins bios do with these Redlines for 8hrs of Prime and H.C.I Memtest and I could get a hell of allot more on 200:1:1 but I dont want to fubar the ram seeing how supplys are almost non existant .
My chip has been up to 2980mhz on 166 divider but cant seem to get much more love on the divider though

For those of you that have intrest in the Merlin 10/7/06 get on it , its aen completely rock solid stable bad ass bios! Now on the other hand the last release he made on DFI-STREET was the 04/11/06 Bios which I just tried and its not stable and its based off of the 11/19/05 Expert bios which was not great at all!!! But I would recommend using this one in a heartbeat though!
Actually just Flashed back to 10/7/06 after 4 hours with his newer one.
Yea just gotta love them dancin Bannanas....
