    ice-man single stage

Shipped some of my units in the last weeks. Here is one I built last week. I'm using new condensers now, they are a bit bigger so no need for desuperheater anymore. I have one of these cases here yet, after I have sold these I will look for new cases.

eh...i definitly wouldnt ship that way. I would definitly pack it with foam to make sure it cant move at all...

but at any rate it looks good.

looks great, wouldn't mind having one of those. BTW what fan are you using, probably pick on of those up for my chiller that i'm going to make.

if there is a junkyard nearby, find the condensor fan from a refrigerator, they are very quiet and have large airflow, i think you can also buy them on ebay

    Thx...
On customers request the suction line is 1 meter long. I used foam so that the unit cannot move in the package. Did that after the picture. The owner already got the unit in perfect condition

@cold-ice : How strong do you find your case? jsut wondering if that would support a large fully loaded case being held together with rivets like that. The case i"ve designed is one peice w/ rivets on only the bottom back edge, but it your design could hold a large weight then I could prolly cut my manufacturing costs down as less bending would be neccesary.

Good to know that it arrived undamaged. I wouldn't ship anything like that here in the states with such a small box. It would be packed in a box with foam etc then inside another box or something. Just had too many things end up broken/damaged from different companies. Nice work also

The cases are very strong. But also the material is steel, with rather thick plates (I think ~1mm-2mm)
