Arrow Mini Phase: 1/10 HP Comp, total weight: ~8kg (56k!!)

    HI @ all!

This is one of my newest units! ^^
I've got this nice compressor from a friend for about 5€'s or so!
So it was a great deal ...!
It is about 1/10 HP ... so not very powerful ... but really small and light!
So the WHOLE UNIT only weifghts about 7-8kg's!
    Case is about 35x18x18cm's!

Next to go is braze the whole unit together (captube --> filter/drier, suction --> comp), evacuate it and fill it with R507!

I hope I'll get temps about -30°C no load ... so lil bit like Vapo XE!
    I HOPE so! *lol*

That's all for now ... will update 1. post for more details or so!!

    regards
    404Power

Case will be painted black !!

I would've liked to see a glow-in-the-dark screeny too, with that red fan. Nice one.

looks cute... I hope you're gonna fix the angle of the filter drier (You want it angled downwards at about 45*)

@ Sneil: I bought it from a friend who is able to work with a 100.000€ CNC @ school! He milled it for me for about 20€'s I think!

Next week I will open a 2nd thread to show my "big unit"!
    It's a NL11F single based on one of RaveN's units! ^^

NL11F, new CPEV, big condenser, longer SLHX (~ 2m long), SLAccu.!!
Not sure which refrigeratns I'll use yet! ^^
    maybe I'll try R507 + a few %'s of R1150! ^^

It's so tiny 0.o Might want to change the fan guard, I find those types to make a lot of noise, I would just go with one of the standard round wire ones.

Nice unit, I wonder how it will compare to OCZ's new Cryo-Z? Maybe better? If so, you should think about building some, you might have some entry level phasers on your hands

    Thats amazing! I love it

Good luck with your charging. I'd love to see you get it to -10C with a reasonable load.

If your results are good, you may start me off on a fridge massacre
