    PSC IC's... Anyone heard of them?

    Hey guys. I jus got some twinmos speed premium 3500 and they have PSC IC's on them according to the company i bought them off. The number on the IC is

    TMD7608F8E44F
    They are pretty plain IC's, a dimple in the lower left corner. That number, and the production date
    Asus P5Q Deluxe
    Intel E8400 @ stock
    Kingston Hyper-x 2x2Gb PC2-8500
    Swiftech H20 220 Apex Ultra (faithfully struggling)
    Palit 8800GT under MCW60 700/1700/2000
    Antec TP3 650W
    WinXP Home SP3
    Samsung SM206BW 20" TFT

    thats Powerchip.

    from what i heard, you could get something like 230-240MHz out of them.

    BTW how does P/N end on your TwinMOS:

    I had some memory with PSC but they were absolute crap, didn't even do 220mhz at any timings...

    Look if it's AADT or not, you could also have Hynix D43 which is much better than PSC

    My Rig:
    Intel Core 2 Duo E6400
    2x512mb Micron PC3200 OEM D9DQW "Fatbody"
    Biostar TForce P965 Deluxe
    MSI/Medion GeForce 6700XL (Cheap )
    Chieftec 360W (in search for someting better)
    WD 160GB S-ATA

    what should be P/N ending with for Hynix?

    AFAIK:

    1A4T ---> Winbond BH-UTT
    AA4T ---> Winbond CH-UTT
    AADT ---> PowerChip
    CADT ---> PowerChip
    AA-T ---> PowerChip

    I jus changed a few settings in A64 tweaker. From ones i knew worked to jus a little tighter. It failed after 10 hrs prime blend test. Options i changed were....
    Read Preamble 5.5ns to 5ns
    Tras 8 to 7
    Tref 200Mhz 15.6us to 200Mhz 7.8us

    Can anyone tell me which one is most likely causing errors?
