DFI NF4 Ultra-D
2x256MB Kingston HyperX PC3500 BH-5
1.5-2-2-0 1T @ 271MHz
3.65V (extra voltage does very little to help)
Memtest stable for many hours
Note: CPU not totally stable at 2.71GHz, so 10x multi cant be used for 32m.. I can 3dmark fine with 2.7, so these screenies were done with 9x multi.

Extra Notes and observations:
- - If TWCL was set to 02 instead of 01, I had to reset the CMOS. TWCL always at 01
- Data Drive strength can be set to level 8, but I'd have to loosen a few timings. I can choose between 6 and 8. 6 seems t0o get me more BW.
-If Twtr was set to 01/03 instead of 02, there was no BOOT.
- I tried tREF to AUTO and then picked off 3072 from a64 tewaker.

Thanks a lot for great results and participation in this little fun we have here![]()
Here's mine.
A64 3200+ Venice, DFI NF4 SLI-DR (BIOS 623-2), 2x512 OCZ Gold VX PC3200, OCZ Powerstream 520w.
Trying to see if I can squeeze more without increasing the DRAM voltage...
EDIT: How dumb of me. I blocked out the bit of SuperPi that shows that I ran the 32m test. I'll re do it if it's required.![]()

OK, had to delete my first post, but after an evening of fiddling I am at SuperPi 32 M and x9 multiplier.
This is my Opteron 146 CABYE 0540 FPAW at 1.65 Volts and 4x 512 MB Geil One BH at 3.6 Volts.
Big Typhoon and 80mm fan directly only the 4 RAM modules.
I am working on doing the same thing with a x10 multiplier as we speak. [done, this is the x10 shot]

Here is the best I can do for now - 271 MHz @ 2-2-2-5
Geil One BH 2x 512 MB @ 3.6 V. CABYE 0540 FPAMW @ 1.6 V, DFI SLI-DR, OCZ 520 W.
Does prime95 at 268 MHz same settings.
