I run 437.5mhz @ 2.0V 4-4-4-10 (everything else Auto, don't know what to set anything else at)
442? why did i put that.... hmm. anyways, its 485mhz 4-4-4-4-4-20-10-10-10-10 2.3v.Originally Posted by NJDevilsFan21

Current 24/7 settings
Delidded L628B e6400@ 3.6ghz 1.38v
3.9ghz 1.56v dual prime, 4ghz dual 32m pi stable on water and P5B Deluxe
Patriot 667 LLK @ 970 mhz 4-4-4-4 2.3v
x1900xt 690/780
Well I went for 1000Mhz, and failed for now. Right now with my E6600 running at 400x8 (on DS3), it is either 800Mhz or 1000Mhz on the RAM, and I really want that 1000Mhz!
Even though I can almost hit 900Mhz 4-4-4-10 @ 2.0V, bumping these up to 2.2V 5-5-5-15 still results in Memtest86 errors at 1000Mhz
Not going any higher then 2.2 either unless I get some active cooling setup for the ram. Might ghetto a 80mm fan onto the ram and then try 2.3V

Once you put a small fan on them, 2.3V is ok. I wouldn't go any higher than that. My ram is currently doing 1000Mhz with 4-4-3-8 timing because it's D9GMH. Good stuffs.Originally Posted by NJDevilsFan21

My ram is doing 1000mhz on 4-4-4-10 on 2.15v, but i think i will get more out of that 2.15v :d.. i will posthere soon
Now that is sick. Is it stable under prime or orthos? What is its stock rated speed?Originally Posted by barzi

Would the ram you gusy be using happen to be this ram?
PDC22G5300LLK
I can't get my DS3/e6300 with this ram to go past 380. I've changed everything but the chip. Irritating the crap out of me.
it's 12 minutes orthons stable + in windows full stable, i use it for 24/7 :Originally Posted by Vizion

These rams are now shipped with Elpida chips so they're no good. Early batch was D9Gxx. Now we have to move to 6400 serires to get D9GMH.Originally Posted by thedguy

I don't know. Because i don't know how to remove the heatspreader for my mem. I wanted to check it, but i can't..

No need to check...you know you got some excellent chips under the hood.

I have a new pair of these but oc not very good
800Mhz 5-5-5-12 completely stable at 2.1V
900Mhz single 32M instance 2.1-2.2V
Anything above 2.2V = no boot or errors
They cant do 800 4-4-4 :/

Damnn i have luck then ..
no, the 6400 chips are not micron.
I have 6400LL and they are Elpida.
max CL4
940mhz 4-4-4-12 2.3V
max CL5 (and max for the memory)
1050 5-5-5-15 2.35V
I tried 5-6-6-18 2.5V, but don't want to boot higher than 1050 - Elpida!
I've run the memory 24/7 at 900 4-4-4-4 2.2V
They are good for CL4 and I like them (sync with P5B-D E6400 - 3.6ghz), but I thing they are FATB. when I bought them..
This here in this thread are veeeery good
I bought my pair(2x 1gb) from ebay, with my e6600. It was very cheap(not that cheap) because memory in holland was/is very expensive. In holland it is like 280 euro voor g.skill HZ, that's the cheapes mem with D9 chips. In USA you can buy D9 chips(crucial ballistix) form like 235$, that like ~200 euros!!
I bougt my mem + e6600 for 420 dollars, so it's very cheap(atleast for me).
e6600 in holland is ~300 euro. So if i bought it in store it was 300+280=580 .
And my package from ebay was new, everything was sealed .
I am very close to ripping off a heat spreader and finding out exactly what I have on 5300 LLKs! Is it easy to put back on once you take it off?
I still want that 1000Mhz with my E6600 at 3.2Ghz!
I mean 4-4-4-x 875Mhz 2.0V... I MUST be able to do 1000Mhz, maybe it's my DS3. I might just go try 2.3V and see if it passes some Memtest tests for like 5-10 minutes. But I don't want to take a chance, because I don't know if 2.3V is safe with non-micron based ram.

I have green PCB. But i really want to get my heatspreader off, i want to know what chips i have.Originally Posted by Jodiuh

So if someone has removed there heatspreaders(black one), can that one make a guide or something?
if you have the green PCB and can hit DDR2-800 with 4-4-4-X w/ under 1.9V it is safe to assume that you have micron D9.
FYI removing heatspreaders permanently invalidates any warranties you might have.
I think i have luck:
400mhz 4-4-3-4 1.85v(orthos stable, 20 min then i stopped, and windows stable):

430mhz 4-4-4-4 1.85v (i haven't test orthos, no time for it. Maybe later ):

Nice! Well, green PCB are micron... Mine is black
