Thumbs up Mushkin RedLine XP4000- There is no substitute!!

This new Mushkin memory is the best thing since sliced bread

3D Rock stable at 274 MHz 2-2-2-5 timings at 3.48V. Any body that runs a DFI NF4 that has half a brain would be a fool not pick some this stuff. I hope they don't sell out before I get another pair

My 274 is very effortless. I wouldn't be suprized if 274 was average. We'll see.

OPP, can you please back it up somehow? How do you define "Rock stable at 274MHz 2-2-2-5"?

275MHz is somewhat effortless for my BH-5 and BH-6 as well. See how far you can push it first, then wave the flag.

    oh there he goes again

....but how does it run in the back seat of the car in Phoenix, Arizona with all the windows closed, in July, running 14 instances of Prime 95 and superPi 32M looping, under water at the bottom of a lake. Oh, yeah... and running off of the car's battery

As you guys, respected OCers, are opinion-makers for other members here it would be nice to have some strong back-up for what you claim.
JNav89GT was the ONLY one so far that showed some stability test with those - 265x12. It would be nice If e.g. you Charlie could do something similar, it shouldn't hurt
I just don't think that everyone is gonna jump on Redline XP4000 to run 1M all day long

Even if 270 is average it still very good.
No use to compare it with extreme rare high clocking sticks of other brand.

Whatever was that you defined as "Rock stable" JNav89GT for instance, did 32M Pi with his kit

    @Major Slaughter,

Only because I kindly ask for some nice screens doesn't make me bad guy here
I OC, too. Although besides some crazy runs I can still deliver "rock stable" examples. It is really not that hard and makes everybody happy - Xtreme OCers and those looking for some better justification to dump $200-300 on new memory sticks

Aargh, must pick up 2*512mb of this stuff

Will go with my 2*256mb XMS bh5 and 2*256mb Mushkin BH5 quite nicely

LOL Funny, though XIPs shouldn't pray to strike down us normal members...i think the ocing gods actually listen to you guys

Also OPP, so what's your take on this vs OCZ 4000 Gold VX...in terms of burn in times, response to voltages, etc.

Would love to see a vx vs xp comparo...but this isnt a request.

    Thx

I don't know about burn in. My VX runs the same as did when I got it and it has burned off a few good miles. This Mushkin I've only had one day.
I'm going to do a review on the RedLine. I can put it up against me best VX. But I can tell you already the VX won't do as well, and I have a good pair of VX
