    GTX 470 w/ Swiftech MCW80

Just wanted to post up my results of my MSI GTX 470 with a MCW80 installed. I picked the block up from my local Microcenter and modified the hold down bracket to work with the 470. Swiftech sells a G80 kit that works with the 400 series cards, but I didn't feel like ordering up a bracket if I could make the current one work. I currently don't have any pictures of it, but I basically just measured and drew out the angle of the holes and drilled out a new hole right next to the current one and then drilled out the gap between them. I also had to modify the stock backplate of the 470 so the waterblock would sit flush. There are some slight standoffs where the stock heatsink bolted to that I just grinded down. From what I can tell the holes are still functional, just would need to be careful how tight I mount the heatsink back down if I ever use it.

I am very happy with the results, considering how hot the thing got under load while playing games. Felt like the AC wasn't on sometimes, lol. If anyone is interested to see the hold down plate or the 470's back plate, let me know and i'll remove the card and snap some pictures for you. Below are my results just running the card at 480 clocks.

Here is a picture of the standoffs that needed to be removed:
(I didn't have a picture of it, so I am borrowing a picture from Factotum's thread, here: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=251718)
