the new p45 chipset from asus. original preview site HERE

1) when will this be released in stores?
2) any idea how much it will cost?
3) from the looks of the memory slots, it uses ddr2?
4) according to the article, the NB heatsink can be taken off without removal of the the SB and mosfet sinks right? will the MCW30 water block fit on this?
5) is the included sound card just glorified onboard sound or is it really x-fi?
