Best DFI Lanparty NFII ultra b bios?

Hey, just got this board today, and I'm really happy about it

So far I've done 9,5*254 with plain watercooling (no radiator, just at tank of 70 liters), and a fan over the passive cooled NB

But wantede to know which bios to use to get even better scores (so far I'm just using the latest official bios....)

Best for me is still 12/18. Tried them all.

Others get better results with one of the other Beta/Alpha BIOS'

The best bet is to try them one by one 'til you find the best for your rig.

They just aren't supported offically. LOTS of people uses these bioses, problems are rare. Just flash a few. Compare thier performance as not all boards are the same, so there is really no one best bios.

I've flashed them all, the 2/17 Alpha was touchy but the rest were OK. Remember to reset CMOS after flashing and before booting.

Ok, I had some MAJOR problems with the 12/18, now using the 31/12 - much better

With tha 12/18 I would clear cmos, then go into bios, then set it all to standard, and then I got a screen with info on my gfx (only led number 4 showing light)... had to "update" to another bios with a floppydisk....

Byt now it allright agin with the 31/12

sofar my highest fsb is 255 mhz, with 1:1 and memory timings: 2-2-2-5 (vmem 3,3)

The DFI boards all seem to like different BIOS' - which is why it's important to take the time and risk to flash to the one that tests best for you
