Does anybody knows how to reach 300Mhz RS with a pair of GeIL Ultra-X TCCD 2x512Mb?

I can't go over 295Mhz with the following timings and Dfi Lanparty Ultra-D Nf4+venice 3200:

Vdimm 2,8V (with 2,7V i can't pass SuperPi32 M)

With 2.5-3-3-x i can't go over 265Mhz! Is it normal??

I'm using yellow slots...but i can't go over 295Mhz with orange slots too.
