Fx-53 Claws & Blaster benching session

Just trying to make a few world records go down, such as Super Pi and máx speed.
    Specs:
    DFI SLI-DR
    Geil Bh-5 2x512
    Fx-53 (obvious )
    OCZ 620Watts

Achieved with the impressive Blaster's dual stage cascade, in a greatly spent Saturday afternoon

Great work, bro, but I'm afraid you'll need ln² to break records

    Thats genial
Give more Voltage and you will get more MHz....more than 2 V is the key

We tried a little more voltage, but 1.82v was the real sweet spot.
As for more Mhz... it isn't impossible, but it won't go much further... It is possible to achieve an even better superPi result, it won't take much effort

Don't forget the good BH5 kits that bench at 285Mhzs 2-2-2-5, beat that
(still have 2 2x256Mb kits that can do it )

Yeah except 300 is pretty good for TCCD/UCCC and 250 is sub par for bh5. Plus cas 1.5 doesn't work.

3-4-4-10, no way. 2.5-3-3, possibly. ddr500 2-2-2 is equal to ddr600 2.5-3-3, and trust me, finding a set of tccd that did ddr600 2.5-3-3 was a pain in the balls.

bh-5 that would do ddr500 2-2-2 was very easy, companies binned bh-5 to do that. bh-5 ftw!

    I ran my old 2X 256MB G.Skill PC4400 (TCCD) at 350Mhz 3-4-4-8 (3.0 volt) but for benching my good old 2X 256MB Muskin PC3500 (BH-5) at 280Mhz 2-2-2-5 (3.8 volt) was still better in SuperPI and such.

With high timmings ya, but for SuperPi BH5 at 285Mhzs 2-2-2-5 performs better than TCCD at 320Mhzs with higher timmings.

i dont think tccd would ever be competition for bh-5 when it comes to benching, when it comes to 24/7 operation, tccd might be a winner do to lower volts though. less stress on components and the on die memory controller.

BH5> TCCD. I had my TCCD benchable at 350mhz/DDR700. Still couldnt trump BH5 at 270mhz 2-2-2
