    656MHz (DDR2-1312) @ 5-5-5-8

I would show CPU-Z, but it doesn't read memory speed or timings on 680i boards.

Also Orthos stable at DDR2-1201 (5-4-4-8). Not sure why Nv monitor is showing weird numbers.

    Still testing.

sorry, i`m only adding 2GB kits... 600++ seems a bit easy for 2x512.

    VERY impressive clocks though!

altho i would really like to say my ram is runningat 1378mhz like nvmonitor shows, it is only running at 1225. nvmonitor does not show correct bus speeds for the 680i yet. cpuid only shows spd and correct cpu fsb/clock speed. cpuid also shows wrong chipset.
    anyway, g.skill pc2 6400 HZ @ 5-5-5-15 @ 2.425v, 612.6mhz. guess i will have to wait for these utilities to catch up.

Hey! Updated. I was hoping to jump in with this before the 680I results started pouring in...please can we keep this for 965 and 975 chipsets...If Kunaaks results are anything to go by...600MHz will be too easy on 680I chipsets

    Sorry Politenessman!

How comes I'm hitting 600MHz with only 2.1V set in BIOS?
    My DMM reads ~2.15V.

You're all using 2.3V or higher.

Heres mine. Quad doesnt want to go too high fsb on this board. Adding vdimm helps with timings but Im not in the mood to push comp too hard till my phase gets here.
