i have 4 gigs of crucial d9nhl ddr667 1.8v sitting on my shelf, there not bad for everyday chips.ddr800 5-5-5-15 at 1.9v is ok for the money.there good for stubborn boards that wont start up on new installs.not sure about the D9DCL,gmh are like $60 for 2 gigs now..

Ok i tested yesterday at 2.4V just max for superpi1m

    CL3 3-3-12 400MHz@ 2.4V

    CL4 4-4-12 530MHz@2.4V

    CL5 5-5-15 595MHz@2.4V

BTW they run stable 400mhz 4-4-4-12@2.0V (orthos stable 6 hours)

Those look like pretty nice chips. Did they come with heat spreaders or are they Rendition series?

I have a Micron D9DCN 512mb module (PC4200 HP Lenova) which runs stable up to 450Mhz with only 1.9v., but that's it.
