    New Top Score in 01...or is it???

    Everybody remembers a couple months back all the controversey around the scores that Anabolic was acheiving and his bugged Windows install.

    Well anyways, he re-published a score from July 7 and is on the top of the ORB. Why he waited until now to publish it again, I really couldn't tell you, but he is now 3 points over Macci.

    If this is legit, congratulations are in order , if not, why would he re-publish this after being told his scores were bugged by EVERYONE?

    he probably thinks no one will suspect the scores are bugged since hes only a bit ahead

    He should post here and show everyone pics of his insanely modded rig and tell us the specs and video clocks in the sig. Its like he just jumped with a score 4k too high or something

    thats very disappointing of him, I haven't seen brett here in some time, but I know in general he's a good guy, and admittly showed that score was the bugged score, that also produced a 15k score on 2003...
    maybe my facts are alittle fuzzy, but I am fairly certain this is the same score from back then, which is very disappointing indeed.
    a cheap attempt at first place...
    he had very legit scores up to 24k with the same set up, then one weekend just did 26k with only a driver change as far as I can tell.
    which is definatly not enough to score another 2000...

    unless you benchmark with a FX ultra, and a 4403 driver on build 320 of 2003, haha.

    He does not state his card clocks on that run so it is difficult to tell but the only excuse ( to give the benefit of the doubt ) I can think of is that he compared that run to macci's and thought the nature run was not that much higher. It probably isn't that much higher compared to some of his other runs . Maybe he has convinced himself that one is OK.

    Or maybe he is just sticking up two fingers ?

    Days before there were some posts regarding that wrapper that produced artificially boosted scores, then his "bugged" scores, now this, TBH I think there was no bug, he knew exactly why, and what he was doing. Sad he is still playing with 3DA and posting scores not earned.

    I can't believe some of you guys still seem willing to give him the benefit of the doubt! Good guy or not, the previous episode proved, to my satisfaction anyway, that he was cheating.

    From what I remembered, he said something about his card not being volt-moded.... thats pretty much proved that his score was bugged.... I wouldnt go as far as calling him a cheater, but publishing a score that he knew is not legit is kinda low.....
