Talking P5WDH new Bios - tRD, tRFC ajustable plzz

do you guys think that this is possible on the next bios release?

    maybe 1408?...just expeculating

(my Teamgroup pc5300 have the FSB wall at 370fsb due tRD=5/6 and tRFC=28 (critical) is always lock by the mobo, since my L629B is a "golden cpu" i am now OC limited by the mems)

It could be youre cpu or youre board. Try to cranck up the Vmch!

Thats what memory dividers are made for. Did you try memset?
You can set tRD with memset if I remember right. The onlu thing I still dont know how to set is trc.

That fsb wall sounds pretty much like you still have Hyperpath3 enabled. Disable it and see if it helps..

it isnt cpu/mobo related. CPU is an OC monster and mobo boots at 440fsb (Vmch=1.65 and of course mems by SPD )

im going to use 1:1 only....much faster and better latency than 4:5
of course i can use memset, but only in Windows, i would like to do all the OC by bios, besides i cant boot »370fsb so i cant really ajust it by memset...

Yeah i have the 370fsb wall as well, and it's chuffing annoying.

Max stable is 430mhz. 1407 was meant to be a wunder bios, what a let down that was!

So guess I am lucky then. I can boot into windows and run 01 at 450.
But I somehow think the board is holding me back max memory clock wise.
I am stuck at 540Mhz with 2.2V, makes no difference to 2.4V, which makes me think its no the memory's fault.
I am still using 801 btw.

Sadly that isn't so. Not enough to have any effect on RAM clockability anyway.

Since you only have high end RAM, you wouldn't understand.

the problem here is that is more related to tRFC than tRD (with tRD=6 i cant boot past 377fsb too). and im not alone, ...

Larry, do you have contacts with Asus? How we can put some pressure that they would make those memory subtimings to bios?
