    Mushkin 2GB EM2 PC6400 DDR2-800 Memory Kit

    Mushkin 2GB EM2-6400 DDR2-800 Memory Kit

1st of all im new here...greeting to all...I bought this kit here in Malaysia middle of December last year...its around 300USD...kind of pricy here (i think because of the shipping cost and demand)...

I have read some review out there...n there is some result for this kit...since i can't fully do the testing on my Biostar 965PT that limit the vdimm at 2.2v...maybe this baby can do more within tight timing if vdimm mod apply above 2.2v...

what chip?? im not going to tear off the heatspread but from others review some said its Aeneon or Mushkin module itself..

    Testing & Overclocking:

    Test Hardware:

    Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 L629B654
    Biostar T-Force 965PT (P96ca103 bios)
    2GB Mushkin Enchance EM2 PC6400 DDR2-800 Dual Channel
    Winfast Leadtek Gforce 7600GT 256MB
    40Gb Maxtor IDE
250Gb Western Digital Caviar SE SATA2
Gigabyte 3D Galaxy Water Cooling System
Fortron Source Power Blue Storm 500watt

    The Test:

    # SuperPi 1.5 XS 32M calculation
    # passed 1hrs of ORTHOS Large FFT at priority 9

    Result:

    *400Mhz 4-4-3-10 1.95v 267FSB

    *425Mhz 4-4-3-10 1.95v 284FSB

    *450Mhz 4-5-3-10 2.05v 300FSB

    *475Mhz 4-5-4-10 2.05v 317FSB

    *500Mhz 4-5-4-10 2.15v 334FSB

    *525Mhz 4-5-4-10 2.15v 347FSB (not stable orthos...maybe loose timing n need more juice)

    *540Mhz 5-6-6-15 2.20v 360FSB (loose timing)

Impressive for Aenon on such low volts. Does its 6layer PCB? Tried CL3?

Newegg has the EM2-6400 #996557 as 5-5-5-18. And they look silver. Is this the same memory?

if the silver ones are the same as these, mine do 3-4-4-11 415mhz 2.2v
i can go lower in timings but haven't really messed with it, they do 500+ with 5-5-5-15 too.
right now im typing this with 3-3-3-9-18-t2 2.2v, bin running for several hrs.
going to do othos when i go to bed
