MSI K8N Diamond Plus Motherboard better than Asus A8N32-SLI

A diamond may be a girl's best friend, but if she's a PC enthusiast, a K8N Diamond Plus is a sure fire way to show your love, and we love it too! All the features are there, including various RAID options, dual GbE LAN, six SATA II ports, up to 10 USB 2.0 ports and 3 firewire ports, dual x16 PCI-E support for graphic chores, and all topped off with an onboard Audigy SE sound solution. From a performance standpoint, the MSI edges out the esteemed Asus A8N32-SLI, and does so almost completely across the board. The same holds true for overclocking potential, and our 302HT limit, while not quite as high as enthusiast level DFI motherboards, should be enough to satisify all but the most die hard overclockers. Rounded out with generous voltage options and an easy to reset CMOS, enthusiasts should feel pampered

ive used 3 different MSI Diamond Pluses...the first i keeld with a bad PSU..but before i did that, i was completely impressed with its overclockablity, totally stable when overclocked above 270...up to 300 was my best....i now have 2 of them, one running a 4000+ @ 10x295 and this one running my X2 4400+ @ 11X250..... MSI has come a long way this past year...after being a ASUS fan for the last couple years with a DFI or 2 thrown in here and there....id have to say im very satisfied with this board.....

Another reason to get this board.

The MSI K8N Diamond Plus is the first motherboard that can openly rival DFI's Athlon64 LANParty series motherboards to reach the PCSTATS test bench. With voltage options as high as 4.1V for the DDR memory and 2.3V for the processor, we can see the K8N Diamond Plus is no slouch when it comes to overclocking potential.
