I have an Asrock and they will do .05v over the cpu's rated volts. If rated is 1.4 then they will do 1.45.Originally Posted by Bar81

Just be carefull not to run stock vcore with high vmem (>3.1V)...![]()
I get it now. But your wrong. Stock Vcore for an Opteron's 144-154 is anywhere from 1.35 to 1.40V.Originally Posted by Bar81

I believe that stock Vcore and 3.3V Vdimm is alright, but any higher and I would bump the Vcore accordingly. Read Tony's sticky about Vcore.Originally Posted by Fr3ak

My new 146 CABYE 0540 FPAW does 3.0 GHz at stock volts (which is 1.4 V)
Not bad for a $189 shipped chippy
(that is for short testing only, no 36 hours prime 95 yet)
no not bad at all. i'm happy with 2.7ghz @ 1.31v on my dual core. when i get a motherboard that doesnt overvolt the 110w opteron i will start turning up the voltage a little.
