I have news. I read here that the XP-90 wouldn't fit on the MSI K8N Neo2 when also using Corsair Pro memory (the ones with activity leds). Well, since I got the memory a while ago and I decided do that upgrade without knowing this issue, I was ready to check for myself that, now the news: The Thermalright XP-90 DOES fit on a MSI K8N Neo 2 Platinum when using Corsair Pro memory, I'm using a pair of 3200XL Pro memory, the space left between the memory and the heatsink should be about the thickness of a common CD.
However, and don't see the point to use this memory with this setup, the leds can't bee seen since they are totally covered by the XP-90. Well, if you try to look at them through the heatsink you would.

Just ditched my ing K8N Neo2 for an Abit AV8. As for a warning you might want to add that it has *issues* running in Dual-Channel on alot of RAM. <uncluding Hynix BTD43>
Single channel works fine to the normal 270 but in DC it wont budge above 220.
Gonna get my new TCCD on FRI and see if that helps, if not ill try some DTD50

Hey, it's all in fun (note I only posted emoticons and didn't say any harsh words), if you can't take a little ribbing, then it seems your the one with the poor personality. Haven't you ever experienced any tomfoolery? My friends and I bust each others balls all the time. Lighten up, and enjoy the forum, I have for three years. So here is a hearty WELCOME to you.

Zildjian,
there's a known problem with Antec PSU's, if you contact Antec they'll have it replaced for you.

ok Im building a new pc now, I have a CPU that does 9x300++ tagan 480w one old hdd (120gb 7200 rpm) radeon 9000pro(I know...) and I was going to buy MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum NF3 Ultra but its konda expensive here (200$) hmm do I have any other options, I just need a board that does 320 fsb stable...
hmm I was checking the posts and u say Gigabyte GA-K8NSNXP-939 is more expensive than MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum NF3 Ultra and here in slovenia its the other way around Msi is double the price of gigabyte. is voltage stable at 1.6v on gigabyte or not? please help, so many mixed opinions here I dont know what to buy. as I sad Im planing on 300x9 at 1.55-1.6 volts and I have a chip that can delivere it, I just need a mobo...
I found the Giga 939 Ultra board to be stable and have good throughput to storage but it was not a good overclocker -- my cheap EPoX is a great overclocker!Originally Posted by Eru

Hi there.
Does anyone know how to turn on 1T command on Asus A8v d.? I have 2x512 memories in dual channel.
For the epox 9nda3+, you list that SATA ports 1&2 can't be used with arctic cooling, but they can easily be used if you just get one right angle connector and one regular cable and cut it down so that you can bend it close to the plug. I've attached pics for clarity, I was using an Arctic Cooler just fine, but now its been removed so you can see the connectors really well.
