Hm, the wide PCB reminds me of Lightning cards. Guess it will compete with these.
    Should be good for LN2.
What about chip binning? Suppose it's likely.

Wouldn't those 120mm fans block SLI headers?

This card isn't made to run on air anyway. But nope.

Whos gonna make a block for this ugly thing lol

Another thing I find funny is AMD/Intel would snipe any of our Moms on a grocery run if it meant good quarterly results, and you are forever whining about what feser did?

The news i read, say it is non-public card and most likely will have limited amount of samples produced.

Wont the heatsink interfere while insulating the card, or the other option would be to cut out the heatsink around the core...

wait... i dont actually see the writing on the chip... is this really a 580?
didnt zotac have very similar prototypes in the past that never materialized?
even if this prototype is real, whats up with them coming up with all this and then never selling it?
i thought prototyping is way expensive?

    Nice, tatalums mmm.
If they are gonna do all that, might as well through on a set of hardware id jumpers, but ship it out in geforce mode.
And a 2nd bios chip pre-flashed with it's quadro equal.
    That would be awesome.

Why make a consumer card like that..., all pimped out but low rendering quality.

It's nice to see zotac mess around though.
Might be a brand to keep an eye on.
I only noticed them a year back with there mitx board's, and now they are selling vga card's.
Maybe eventually they will be selling some pimped out board's and card's.
