short of DONT defrag ( just looking at it it's all red and fragmented) ssd's what else should eye do or dont with mine ?

If I remember right there is a good thread on the OCZ forums about optimising XP for SSD use.
Don't Defrag not needed on SSDs different mechanics to harddrives.
New specs to appear here >.< sometime soon.
in the mean time i'm using me shuttle

<doh in me dream tis slow> no vmod / no PSU mods / no phasechange how can it be fast
