    Very interesting design.

    1 Piece construction with a hole drilled in the side that intersects with the 2 barb drill holes, and then capped.

    Nice work and for mosfets you don't need anything more than a flat base. The great thing with your design is you'll get full perimeter cooling of the drilled out portion of that keystock.

    out of curiosity, how did you make the hole between the barbs inside the block? (i am not that familiar with all kinds of equipment available )

    I am pretty sure it's drilled out horizontal and
    then filled on the end.
