Notice the empty inner chamber, didnt come up for what can i use it but it might come handy even for chilling Cocacola, water or VodkaThe poliurethane foam will be trimmerd with a knife, the chamber will be closed with styrofoam..

One question, once the exchanger gets chilly and the middle bit gets condensation, when you turn it off your wood will get wet, and then it could rot away?
Looks fun though. Put some of that spray foam into a beer bottle, stand the beer bottle upside down, wait for it to set and then break the bottle you get a foam cast of the inside of the bottle

This wood is waterproof... and there will be water absorvers on the bottom, the base will also sit on some styrofoam

Currently cooled with a Swiftech MC462, sanded, with dual, turrning in different ways fans (works like a jet engine
Beacause of maintaince of the watercooler and building my dual 120W compressors waterchiller i use air (a volcano 7+ with stock ramsinks)

Ive found my old epox 8k7a+, it has lots of free space around the socket but this didnt matter ]:-> Fist thing i did was unsoldering some parts around the socket ;]
Later i will cut the socket fragment with some PCB around it and ill test my ati condensation and isolation not risking my compuer... ^^
