Notice the empty inner chamber, didnt come up for what can i use it but it might come handy even for chilling Cocacola, water or Vodka The poliurethane foam will be trimmerd with a knife, the chamber will be closed with styrofoam..
Closeup of the exchanger and the inner chamber:
One question, once the exchanger gets chilly and the middle bit gets condensation, when you turn it off your wood will get wet, and then it could rot away?
Looks fun though. Put some of that spray foam into a beer bottle, stand the beer bottle upside down, wait for it to set and then break the bottle you get a foam cast of the inside of the bottle

This wood is waterproof... and there will be water absorvers on the bottom, the base will also sit on some styrofoam
I have Bowman's old chiller...it's R502
I hate to advocate drugs, alcohol, violence, or insanity to anyone, but they've always worked for me.

How did you learn all this Berkut? More like where did you learn? That is simply amazing!

Lets say im not a normal kid (18'yr old kid ^^)... When i was 5 ive read encyclopedias instead of fairy tales.... Some here, some there...How did you learn all this Berkut? More like where did you learn? That is simply amazing!
It all builted up...
I envy your learning ability!

Im good in learning only in maths, chemistry, psychycs and other stuff like that (all technicall and logical ), unfourtenetly im very lazy and very bad at humanistic stuff (polish - ive almost didnt pass beacause of it)...
Ok, hers smth. off topic, my rig wich will feel my future cascades RAGE
I wouldnt like to be my processor when the cascade is finished ;]
Its a:
-AMD Athlon XP 2500+ @ 2.3ghz (CRAP, soon getting a better one)
-Epox 8RDA3+ (great mobo, but it lowers the voltages by 0.1V on the mem and 0.05V on Vcore, does 225mhz fsb w passive cooling)
-GeForce FX 5800 non ultra @ 630/1100 (working on its voltage mods- cooled with custom made waterblocks and a 120W pelt on core)
Currently cooled with a Swiftech MC462, sanded, with dual, turrning in different ways fans (works like a jet engine ), 47C full load @ 2.3ghz 1.85V
Beacause of maintaince of the watercooler and building my dual 120W compressors waterchiller i use air (a volcano 7+ with stock ramsinks)
Ok some new pics...
The exchanger "drying" (acctually hardening):
Poliurethane can be sometimes really funny ^^
Ok and something really epcial...
Ive found my old epox 8k7a+, it has lots of free space around the socket but this didnt matter ]:-> Fist thing i did was unsoldering some parts around the socket ;]
Later i will cut the socket fragment with some PCB around it and ill test my ati condensation and isolation not risking my compuer... ^^
How does the mobo look like before cutting:
Ok, the poliurethane foam polimerized fully (hardened )
Here is how it loocks before cutting:
