A difference won't be noted in SuperPi or PiFast, but in Sandra memory benchmark you might see a consistant difference of 10 to 20mb/s.

I have no clue on burning in to be honest. I tried it a few times but never noticed much, plus, I'm an impatient man

Some chips seem to slightly degrade in OC after running some beches at the limit, some get a bit better... this one got a bit better

Max about 2583MHz @1.85v but could not pass Hot CPU Tester.
