I know there are 2 versions at the site you listed above the powerup has passive cooling on the chipset, same as mwave's picture. And the nonpowerup has a fan on the chipset. They are both listed as RoHS compliant.

I don't see any picture on mwave's site.
Not to mention the people there don't seem to have a clue.
I asked them: why are you advertising a board, through the search, that SUPPORTS core duo 2, when if I buy the board, you say to me "we can't guarantee which revision you are getting?".

If it comes up on the search as supporting CD2 and you buy it and it doesn't....isn't that grounds for a lawsuit?
