Talking !A new 2100+ AIUHB madness!

    Hi@all

    Today I bought a nice 2100+ AIUHB 0302,cuz I wasn't really satisfied with my ol' 2400+@max.2700MHz(unstable).
I set up the 2100+ with the Prommy and tested just 4 fun 2,6Ghz(200x13) at a VCore of 1,775.
    But I didn't think,that I could boot into Windows,but I couldn't believe it,it was Prime stable @2,6GHz@1,775V!!!
    Now I'm@2823MHz@1,95 rockstable.I almost get a bootscreen@3GHz...
Tonite I'll try to get the maximum out of it...

This reinforces the Prometeia's place in the evloution of overclocking as a true catalyst. At 1.775V, you could run that processor indefinately. The Prometeia MUST have been your best investment; would you agree? Of course it's takes a real nice wafer, and some serious EULV lithography to etch a stepping with such headroom. It's a good time to be an overclocker!

    That deserves this; http://www.chip-con.com/default.asp

    AND congrat's!!!

Doh; Are they actually using EULV yet?

That's correct. But we also look at the 4 letters that follow the year/week production date, to get an overall idea which cpu's oc the best, or which cpu with particular codes people need to look for.

damn thats a sweet chip.... the one which I got to 3006 for a screenshot is the best one I've ever gotten out of 7 or 8, and I can only run 2808 MHz at 1.95V stable, and this is with a stronger prom
At higher voltage the chip scales nicely though... I had another one before this, a 0302MPMW, did 2808 at 1.95V too, but it would not run past 2.05V.... so the most I could bench at was about 2880 MHz... now its well into the 2900s, goes to show you how a chip can be better/worse than the other by a good margin even if they run the same at 1.95V

i don't know what the letter codes after my xp2100+ palamino, but I do know it is an AGIOA, and I can only get it to 145x13@1.85V. My friend GVCRyan and I are gonna lock the multiplier @ 10 whenever I get a defogger kit.

I finally got a nice OC though, found out my RAM timings were too low. Just boosted em a little and BAM, we got speed.
I cannot wait til I can get this thing @ 10multiplier and see if it can go higher.

Do you have any pictures of your system? I was wondering where, and how costly a NB, GPU, and (memory?) block's/coolers would be for a Prometeia? As I hope to have one by the summer I was curious?

i just got an AIUHB 2100+ too, and i'm running at 2.34ghz on air with my SLK-800 and 80mm panaflo (idle is around 39 deg. C) with 1.725 vcore. I'm only hitting 180 fsb because my ram is just samsung pc2700. but this chip is excellent.

Diablo II.....you got a release date or wishful thinking on the "soon" part?

    I just ordered a AXDA1700DLT3C
    JIUHB0310WPMW
    9390267271633
and a True Control PSU for the Prommie....hoping for 2800mhz+

I hate to advocate drugs, alcohol, violence, or insanity to anyone, but they've always worked for me.

I think it should be out in stores before May

Why a true control for the prommie? Isn't the prommie powered up by 220V home line?
