Nice, I have a set of the same RAM that does 257Mhz 3.23V with the same settings as yours except Trfc at 15, Trrd at 2, Twr and Trtw both at 2, and Max Async Latency at 6ns.

vcore just to be sure for stability so as to eliminate any instability related to cpu (isolate ram instability if any) heh

The cpu itself does 2500mhz at 1.42-1.46v

I may have been wrong about them doing 257MHz at 3.23V, it appears Test #5 has been deceiving me. The memory did 10 hours of Test 5 with 0 errors, but I still couldn't pass SuperPI 32M. Out of curiosity I tried Test 8, I got 70 errors within 30 seconds. Looks like I'm using Test 8 from now on.

I've always liked 3200c2pt's. They were my first "high performance" ram I bought when I had (still have) an Epox 8rda3g. Then I got nf2 LP, and got a Toaster with them. They would do 260 with 3.3v on that board, good at that time. I would like to have them now with this board. Been looking

Yes with memtest86+ v1.55.1 test #5 and #8 and superpi 32m is best to be fully passable

    I still have some XMS3200c2 but 2 256mb sticks, I've hit 233fsb on my nforce2 at 2.9V (overvolts to 2.97). Awesome mem for it's time, I had a 0252 stick and a 0302 stick, ran 2-2-2-5-1T no problems.

I just got some OCZ Gold EL Pc3200 (the new stuff with the new BH-5 die) so I'll test that out 2night. I know i have an nforce2 but we'll see what it can do with a nice cpc off bios and only 3V's

Wow I haven't posted here in forever, lol
