I will finish by next weekend hopefully...
    PM sent...

Main problem is shipping cost to Poland even with my 80% discount will still likely run you 300.00 because I have to ship in a crate.

My prices vary depending on options.
Shipping to India would make this too expensive though. Try someone closer

I have completed all brazing except for the expansion tank because its late arriving. I am pressure testing the second right now at 300 psi and its holding with no leak bubbles so I am anticipating shipping Monday maybe Tuesday if thats cool.

Note I still have a good bit of electrical to do because I like to go very slow with this piece of the work for obvious reasons.

I have second stage Ice and most of the electrical and insulation done...

I still need to cut holes in the stand for the digital display, the on/off switches and suction line retainer and then wire it together.
I am taking the rest of the day off because I am getting bitten all over by mosquitoes even with deep woods off on...
Lets target a shipment date of Wednesday...

    300 watts
Im not sure about the max temps because its not charged for full load yet and my garage is 82f at night.
I hope it will do an idle of -105/-106c with a 300 watt load of -90/-95c maybe a little colder but am not certain yet.

This is the same specs as Chipsys but a different evap...

Just noticed I have some screws missing... That handle is not even secure and that wont do...

I dont have a preference for using a cart but most people prefer to spend 50.00 extra for me to buy them a cart rather than the 400.00 option for me to provide a powder coated custom case.

I personally like carts because they are easy to push around and if it were me I would chose the 50.00 option any day of the week

If your willing to try a new setup, you can do steel square casings for about $100 actually.

I dont mind its all a matter of what people want to pay for. Can you toss me a link?

I am also considering welding some homemade carts but im a novice to steel welding so it may be more expensive to make than buy.

Started load testing and will wrap up tonight...note I had to move inside because its too hot to work outside...this things really heats my office up quick

Pickup a MIG welder; wire flux from Harbor Freight is $120 ish and is decent for very light steel welding.
Then pick some square steel size and practice practice. The steel and wheels for a casing should be under $100.

Why a MIG cant I just use Oxy/Acet or will it be an uneven weld?
