Where do we start? How about something more shocking to ease the sticker shock.

Yeah.. haters are definitely gonna hate and rightly so. The UD9 is a beastly board, I think we can all agree on that. Unfortunately it is currently priced at a few bills short of a i7 980x. For $700 you can get a lot of cheeseburgers, a decent amount of crazy nights, or an entire computer. Anyways, until the UD9 drops $200 to $300 in price it is hard to recommend it.

ps.. someone fix EasyTune6, it's a POS

This board is on loan to me so I didn't have much time to actually do anything with it. Life's hard when you work a real job Here's what I was able to do in a few hours in between runs to the grocery store and grabbing dinner.

The cascade. She's getting a bit long in tooth. Hits around -55C through the 3D06 CPU Test

Just set a few timings in BIOS, set 5.5GHz, and ran through all the benchmarks. I then reran AM3 when I noticed I might have a shot at breaking 400k. I'll actually tweak stuff sometime tomorrow Sadly my LN2 supplier is having a little trouble getting enough juice so no LN2 results for a while

ps - I love the new PCB color.
