Can you elaborate on this? Just a shut-down? Can you reboot instantly?

I am not sure why it cuts off in the middle of the bench, gunslinger done the same thing with Antec 1200, it just cuts off and reboots. Last time this happened was with 2-4870x2 and I had to switch the power supply to single rail and it fixed it then.

Yes it reboots on its own after it cuts off, I have no cold bug on this chip...

No coldbug, but also no OCP problem. Cut-off may be due to PSU indeed.

    Good info

How many amps are these good clockers pulling? Kind of surprising that Gunslinger is having the same issue with the Antec 1200w vanilla?

At the end when I was running out of LN2 I had it lock up after changing some settings and had to switch the power off, it would not start back up at -186c so I think there may be be a cold boot bug or I killed something not sure yet.

Oh the board is classified E760...

I am not sure if he has the OC edition or the vanilla one, I forgot to use the kill-a-watt to see what it was pulling...

Gunny has the vanilla version They are still supposed to be the same unit minus the variable fan and 12v control of the OC edition.

Mine is not the OC version. It results in a total shutdown, and reboot, but the temp is usually so low that it causes cbb.

When does it shut down? In between test or under load?

Mine does it under load in 06 or vantage usually in the first test about halfway through. Under 178x33 I had no problems, above I did almost everytime...

Usually happens for me under load during CPU tests, but has happened during the GT's also.

What VTT voltage are you running when it restarts?

If changing out the PSU does not help - try lowering VTT even further; somewhere between 1.20v ~ 1.325V (I had some BF chips that would only run Vantage at these voltages).
